## Environment variables

- `SB_URL` (required): Base URL of your SilverBullet server, or 'desktop' for the SilverBullet+ desktop app
- `SB_AUTH_TOKEN` (secret): The server's SBAUTHTOKEN, if it runs with token auth
- `SB_SPACE_ID`: In desktop mode, which space to connect to
