# Knolo (MCP server)

> Knolo is an MCP server that adds search and knowledge tools to AI assistants such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code and Cursor. Verified, local-first retrieval over pinned Knolo Knowledge Images. @knolo/mcp is a read-only MCP server for pinned Knolo V5 Knowledge Images. It exposes the same four tools as @knolo/openclaw: knolosearch, knologet, knoloverify, and knolostatus. Pins, policy checks, and query receipts come from @knolo/tools.
