## Environment variables

- `INTERVALS_ICU_API_KEY` (secret) (required): Your Intervals.icu API key (from Settings → Developer)
- `INTERVALS_ICU_ATHLETE_ID` (required): Your Intervals.icu athlete ID (e.g. i12345)
