# Gokapi

> Gokapi is a free, open-source app you can self-host in the file sharing category. Lightweight server to share files, which expire after a set amount of downloads or days. Similar to the discontinued Firefox Send, with the difference that only the admin is allowed to upload files. It has 2,895 GitHub stars, is released under the AGPL-3.0 license and ships a Docker image.
